Eye on the Gold Coast

Forecast Realty is interested in expanding into the North Jersey rental market.  For years the north jersey rental market has been shadowed by the competing Manhattan rentals.  In recent years however, the NJ market has added a large number of newly constructed, amenity filled rentals to its inventory.  Some of these projects compete head to head with luxury doorman buildings in Manhattan.  As a renter would you consider moving to NJ? keeping in mind your rent will be significantly less than what you'd pay in Manhattan?
